Overseas shipping: Currently, items offered for purchase are only listed for shipping within the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, and would be interested in purchasing any of our pieces, please email us directly at info@denitzaskorcheva.com. We will be happy to arrange overseas shipping on individual orders.

Returns: We hope you will love your handmade order. However, in the event you change your mind, you can notify us at info@denitzaskorcheva.com within 14 days upon delivery. All returns are for store credit only—we do not offer refunds.

All goods returned for credit must be in new condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned nor exchanged.

We accept returns for damaged items if notified within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us to request a credit or replacement.
